Our team have been asked to share this MFV Boat that is currently moored in Gosport. As the owner explains in the biography below she will require some work. But all boats do, she’s a large boat and a potential live-aboard space for someone.

Lonely Boat’s Bio (Biography): This is an older boat and at the moment not in a sea going condition. She is berthed in Gosport and is being sold at the moment as a static live aboard / office. The hull is fairly sound but the decks need attention and leak in areas – they need sheathing as there are quite a few soft spots, the only water she takes on is when it rains. The forward cabin is a double bed, the saloon has a sofa and two bunks (not used). The galley which has an electric water heater, fridge, and a four hob butane gas cooker with grill and oven. Opposite galley is a head the toilet needs attention/replacing. Engine room (not functional) with twin Perkins, and an after cabin with two bunks (not used) is used as a storage space. The Wheelhouse is light and roomy and makes a good dayroom /Office. This boat is an ongoing project and does need work and care.
