Rather than letting them fade into memory, we believe every boat deserves a fresh chapter with someone ready to bring her back to the water.

That’s why we created Lonely Boats®; a platform dedicated to re-homing these forgotten vessels. With our “Plus” listing, we promote your boat through our Boatbreakers & Boatscrapyard Facebook Group, connecting your listing with over 61,000 active members who may be looking for their next project. Our guiding principle is simple: no healthy boat should end up in the corner of a boatyard or under a tree if there’s still life left in it.

We’re careful about what we share. If a boat is beyond saving or poses a risk, we won’t pass it along. Lonely Boats® is about helping the boats that are too good to abandon and forget, the ones that just need attention, effort, and a new owner.

For a one-off upfront fee starting from £100 +VAT, we’ll list your boat and collect all the enquiries. Interested buyers contact us, and we pass their details directly to you. From there, you decide the terms, whether selling or even giving the boat away. Either way, it’s a fraction of the cost of scrapping (if you really must) and you stay in control of the sales process and it remains listed until it sells.
