Nordic Folkboat Clinker for sale in Suffolk

Built in 1962 by GR Kroes Boatbuilders in the Netherlands, Zoetje is a beautiful example of a traditional clinker built Nordic Folkboat and has been lovingly sailed and maintained over the years.

Recently featured in the beautiful sailing documentary ‘Wind, Tide, and Oar’ which is a compelling exploration of engineless sailing, shot on analogue film over three years.

She comes with a good ownership and maintenance history with recent work including:

• Toe rails and rubbing strake replaced using Khaya (African Mahogany) to match to original Honduran.
• Deck epoxy coated, and edges re-glassed down the sheer plank.
• Cove-line repainted and varnished.
• Transom re-furbished and re-varnished.
• Mast tabernacle refurbished to give better rake angle.
• Electric winch to raise and lower the mast.
