Salvaged RIB in Plymouth

Our team were asked to collect this RIB from Plymouth which was caught in a storm. The boat had been caught in a storm and had partially sunk. However we were told that the engine had been pickled and the boat had been recovered shortly after sinking. So we were hopeful that someone might be interested in taking this lonely boat on as a project. We shared the boat on our Facebook group and we soon had found a match who wanted to patch her up and get the boat back on the water.

Ribs are always popular boats to save from scrap as they can usually be re-tubed and re-engined to fix the problems. They can be costly boats to fix up but we have plenty of people asking for project RIBs over the years.
