Sunseeker Portofino 25 in Fareham

We had been asked to share this Sunseeker Portofino 25 which is on a private mooring in Fareham. The owner had the boat for about 18 years and she was used regularly until a few years ago. Both Volvo V6 engines haven’t been run for a couple of years and the boat hasn’t been out of the water either.

Usually with open power boats of this age the condition isn’t great. But this one was dry and in fairly good condition throughout. Her interior didn’t feel or smell damp and the cockpit area was also good. We know that this boat will need plenty of work to fix her up but she’s a fantastic project boat for someone. The Sunseeker Portofino 25 has great spaces at the back of the boat for sitting or sunbathing. She has a swim platform above the legs and a fold out ladder. She also has a spacious cabin which could comfortably sleep two adults. Plus a heads and a small fridge and sink area near the doors. So once she’s back up and running you’ll have plenty of fun with her.

We were inundated with enquiries for the Sunseeker. And we believe that the owner took the offer of the first person he contacted. It’s always great to help find a home for these lonely boats with such speed for the owner. Usually trying to sell an old boat can be filled with tyre kickers and people who just seem to want a day out. The Lonely Boats ads seems to be attracting plenty of proactive buyers.
