Westerly Konsort For Sale in Wareham

This boat has now matched to a new owner, thanks to everyone who showed interest in her.

We have been asked to share this Westerly Konsort which is currently out of the water in Wareham. We currently only have a few pictures to share but some more images may become available through her owner. From what we can see she is a classic Lonely Boat. In need of a good clean and some attention as she’s been sat in the yard for a while. We believe that the boat was owned by a family member of the new owners. An up together Konsort would be up for sale for over £15,000. Her owner is listing her at £6k as we’ve advised that she’s in a project condition currently. Notes from the owner: 

A Westerly Konsort that was much loved until recently. Has been out for the water for several years but still in a good condition. I have a recent survey on the condition of the vessel and can share more details.

There are no major structural issues or signs of blistering in the surface tissue of the vessel.

Slight rusting around the keels but nothing more and keel bolts look in good order

The deck will require a steam clean and the running rigging changing for new

The stainless steel standing rigging looks in reasonable order.

Batteries surprisingly gave 13.89v and some of the electronics powered up.

The engine will need re-commissioning but there are no signs of heavy corrosion however the prop is tight to turn.
