Jeanneau One Design 35 (JOD 35) in Southampton

From what we saw she just needed a new battery. The boat was in the process of an interior refit until Covid halted proceedings for the owner. She had a complete set of sails, new electronics, and interior cushions all stored at owner’s home. Yanmar 2GM engine was running before the last battery was removed. Bunk space to sleep 6 on board. There is plenty of space inside because she’s so beamy.

The owner was looking for serious offers (all considered) as he wants to step away from boat ownership. In the end she sold for around £4,000. The owner had originally asked us to take her in for scrap but we were confident that we could find a buyer for his Lonely Boat. She is a great cheap project boat for the new owner and would need very little work. Another lonely boat matched with someone to take her on and look after her for years to come.
